摘　　要：目的观察过夜配戴角膜矫形镜(OK镜)的并发症,探讨发生原因及处理方法。方法采用OK镜治疗的患者95例182眼,通过视力、屈光、眼压、裂隙灯及角膜地形图等检查并记录患者主诉,观察及分析并发症发生情况。结果本组患者在治疗过程中发生的主要并发症有角膜上皮脱落51眼(28.02%),不适感35眼(19.23%),视力不稳定25眼(13.74%),叠影20眼(10.99%),眩光13眼(7.14%)等。结论OK镜虽可有效减低近视屈光度,提高远视力,但对治疗过程中出现的并发症应予以重视。Objective To assess the early complications induced by the overnight wear of orthokemtology lenses, Methods 95 patients who were through Ortho-k （OK lenses） therapy were observed alone 3 months follow up. The patients complains were recorded, routine eye examination were conducted （ including vision, refraction, ocular pressure, slip lamp findings and corneal topography）, the abnormal findings were analyzed. Results The abnormal findings included ghost 10.99%, dazzle 7.14%, corneal epithelial desquamating 28.02% and so on. Appropriated treatments were performed. Ceedusion There are some probleras arising during OK lenses treatments. Attention should be pay to them.
