改良型FRⅢ功能性矫治器矫治替牙期安氏Ⅲ错(牙合)的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的评价改良型FRⅢ功能性矫治器对替牙期功能性前牙反的矫治作用,以及矫治前后牙及骨骼变化。方法应用改良型FRⅢ功能性矫治器矫治替牙期前牙反18例,平均疗程为11个月,对矫治前后的头颅侧位片进行测量分析,评价其矫治效果。结果改良型FRⅢ功能性矫治器主要引起下颌骨的向下、向后旋转及下切牙的舌倾。结论改良型FRⅢ功能性矫治器通过改变下颌骨的生长方向,有效地矫治了替牙期功能性前牙反。Objective To evaluate the skeletal and dental effects produced by the modified FRⅢ appliance in growing children with anterior crossbite. Methods Eighteen preadolescents in mixed dentition period （7 males, 11 females, mean age 9.2 years ） were treated with modified FR Ⅲ appliance. The mean active treatment period was 11 months. The results of cephalometric analysis were compared between pretreatment and post-treatment. Results The therapentic effects were mainly expressed as the mandible backward and downward rotation and the lower incisors linguoversion. Conclusions The modified FRⅢ appliance is effective in treating growing children with anterior erossbite.
