摘  要:在马克思主义中国化发展的最新阶段,科学发展观倡导"以人为本"的发展理念,对高校思想政治教育来说,就是要挖掘这个学科的人文精神内涵,就是要使这个学科的意识形态功能与人文精神能够有机的结合.高校思想政治教育的人文精神,是"以人为本"与个性自由的有机融合,对人"终极关怀"的哲学思考是其内在逻辑主线,因此,要实现高校思想政治教育的意识形态功能与人文精神的统一,必须始终坚持马克思主义先进文化的指导地位,贯彻"文化自觉"理念,推动新型意识形态的建构.In the latest phase of the development of Marxism in China, the outlook of scientific development advocates the notion of people first in social development. For the ideological and political education in institutions of higher learning, the essential task is to tap the humanistic connotation of the discipline, so that the property of ideology and the humanistic spirit can be combined organically. The humanistic spirit here refers to the organic congeniality of people first in social development with the freedom of individuality, in which the psychological reflection of the ultimate solicitude is the inherently logical line. Therefore, to realize the unification of the property of ideology and the humanistic spirit in the ideological and political education, the guideline status of the advanced culture of Marxism must consistently be adhered to and the notion of cultural self-consciousness be held so as to promote the construction of new ideology.
