建立国际认可的中国本土森林认证体系的思考

摘　　要：分析、借鉴了国际森林认证现状、经验,推导出建立国际认可的中国本土森林认证体系的关键因素,得出如下研究结论:政府应鼓励各利益方参与搞好森林认证试点工作并出台辅助政策;不断完善森林认证的标准和体系;实现中国本土的森林认证体系与PEFC互认,可以采取联合认证、阶段性认证、多认证体系并存的灵活多样的方式等建议,建立国际认可的中国本土森林认证体系,最终实现中国林业的可持续经营。Analyzing the status quo and experiences of international forest certification, this paper deducted the key factors of establishing China native forest certification system approbated internationally. Draw the conclusion as the followings： the government should encourage each beneficiary participate in forest certification plot and make some auxiliary policies ; Perfect the standard and system of forest certificate; achieve co-approbation between China native forest certification system and PEFC by various ways, like united-certification or phase-certification etc. Establish China native forest certification system approbated internationally and achieve China forest sustainable management.
