摘 要:为了了解印刷机规矩的动态特性,建立了规矩实验装置。通过对前规、侧规及前规矩板的加速度信号和整机噪声信号分析得知,前规、侧规及规矩板的振动对机器噪声的贡献很小,但会影响到其工作的稳定性和工作寿命。通过对测试信号曲线分析发现,规矩部件对150-300Hz的激励信号的响应比对其他频率信号高3-10倍。In order to know about the kinetic characteristics of positioning mechanism, an experimental device was set up. Through analysis on vibrating signals of a front lay, a side lay and a front positioning plate and noise siganal of the machine, it was known that the oscillation of those parts contributed little to the noise of a printing press, but its stability and working life would be influenced. Through analysis on those testing signal curves, it was found that signals between 150 - 300Hz of those parts are 3 to 10 times more sensitive than other signals.
