下摆式递纸机构综合设计

摘　　要：递纸机构设计涉及的因素比较多,要保证其设计达到规定要求,必须保证各运动工作循环图正确。通过对摆动器运动过程的分析,求出了摆动器的运动规律和凸轮曲线。在此基础上,通过对咬牙开闭过程分析和开闭牙凸轮的运动过程分析,求出了开闭牙凸轮及其驱动凸轮的轮廓曲线。paper-transferring mechanism has relation with many factors, all working recycling diagrams must be correct to make the design of this mechanism satisfy the demand. Through analysis on moving process of the mechanism, moving laws and cam curves of the mechanism are found out. On the basis of this result, through analysis on moving process of opening and closing mechanism, curves of this mechanism＇cam and its driving cam are obtained.
