摘  要:在定向凝固过程中向试样内加入纯稀土金属进行变质处理,获得了蠕墨铸铁的平界面生长试验结果;考察了磷含量和凝固速度对蠕墨铸铁液-固界面形态的影响;与同样条件下的灰铸铁试验结果相比较,阐明了蠕墨铸铁不同于灰铸铁的凝固特点,解释了含磷蠕墨铸铁易产生缩松倾向的原因。During the unidirectional solidification of quasiflake graphite cast iron, a modification is conducted through the addition of pure rare earth metal into its sample resulting in a planar morphology of liquid-solid interface. The influences of phosphorus content and solidification rate on the interfacial morphology are investigated. The solidification characteristics of quasiflake graphite cast iron different from those of grey cast iron are described with a comparison with the results of grey cast iron under the same testing conditions, and the reasons for shrinkage porosity easy to occur in phosphorus containing guasiflake graphite cast iron are also explained.
