摘　　要：目的：早期乳腺癌的保留乳房手术治疗已被证实为安全的治疗方法,并已被广泛应用。文中分析乳腺癌保留乳房手术的实施方法及疗效。方法：分析从2004年1月~2007年12月进行保留乳房手术的20例乳腺癌患者资料,肿瘤均单发,直径均〈3 cm。术后常规放、化疗,并进行随访。结果：随访时间5~52个月,平均28个月。2例术后出现复发,均再次行乳腺癌改良根治术。目前20例均生存。结论：对不同患者采用不同治疗方案,使用保留乳房手术治疗乳腺癌疗效满意。Objective： Breast conserving surgery has been proved to be a safe strategy and widely applied to the treatment of early breast cancer.The aim of this work is to evaluate the operational techniques and effect of conservative surgery for breast cancer.Methods： We analyzed the clinical data of 20 patients with breast cancer that underwent conservative surgery from January 2004 to December 2007.All the tumors were found to be solitary,less than 3 cm in diameter,and treated by postoperative chemotherapy and radiotherapy.All the patients were followed for 5 to 52（mean 28） months.Results： During the follow-up,2 cases experienced local recurrence and received modified radical mastectomy.All the 20 patients remained alive up to the present study.Conclusion： The principle of specific procedures for specific cases counts quite a lot for satisfactory prognosis and outcomes of breast conservative surgery.
