益气养阴方对小鼠肝癌淋巴道转移的影响

摘　　要：目的观察益气养阴方对小鼠肝癌淋巴道转移的影响。方法以腹水型肝癌H22瘤株在小鼠右下肢爪垫内侧皮下注射接种,复制淋巴道转移模型,观察小鼠实体瘤的瘤重量抑瘤率、肺部转移率、淋巴结转移情况等的指标变化。结果益气养阴方组的肺部转移结节较模型组明显减少,抑瘤率明显增加,并且淋巴结转移显著减少。结论益气养阴方对H22肝癌淋巴道转移有一定的抑制作用。Objective To investigate the effect of Reinforcing Qi and Nourishing Yin on hepatoma Lymphatic metastasis in mice. Methods H22 hepatocarcinoma metastasis models were established by subcutaneous injection into the palmula of right lower limb. The inhibitory rate of tumor weight, incidence of carcinoma metastasis in lung and lymph nodes were observed, respectively. Results Compared with model control group, the metastasis nodules of lung decreased, the inhibitory rate of tumor weight increased and metastases of lymph node decreased in Reinforcing Qi and Nourishing Yin group. Conclusion Reinforcing Qi and Nourishing Yin has an inhibitory effect on the metastasis of hepatocarcinoma lymphatic metastasis.
