摘　　要：该文探讨了构建一个生产实习质量体系的若干要素。研究结果表明:由大学生自我监控、指导教师全程跟踪管理、多样化实习形式、实习内容、综合型评分方式、论文形式总结的6个要素构建的生产实习质量体系是一个比较完整、有效的质量体系。The elements of building the quality system of production practice are discussed in this paper. The result shows that six elements of building the quality system are an integrated, effective quality system. The six elements are respectively students self - control, tutors＇ management the whole process, diverse practice Styles, diverse practice content, comprehensive scoring criteria and the format of conclusion.
