摘　　要：实验室是口腔医学实验教学的重要场所,加强实验室管理能为提高实验教学质量提供有力保障。该院从管理体制、实验仪器设备及人才队伍建设等几方面对口腔医学实验室管理进行改革,有效地节约了实验资源、提高了工作效率,实验室建设逐步走向良性轨道。The laboratory is an important place for stomatological experiment teaching. To strengthen laboratory management is a powerful guarantee for improving teaching quality. The school of stomatology reforms laboratory management on some aspects such as management system, management of experimental instruments and equipment, talent team construction. By means of these innovation measures, they save laboratory resources and improve work efficiency. The laboratory construction is tending to step into the right path.
