摘　　要：目的观察奥施康定(盐酸羟考酮控释片)治疗中重度癌痛的疗效及不良反应。方法对72例中重度癌痛患者给予奥施康定,起始剂量为10 mg/12 h,根据疼痛缓解程度调整剂量,评价镇痛效果、KPS评分及不良反应。结果平均镇痛起效时间为45 min,平均镇痛时间12.3 h。全组病例总有效率为96.5%,完全缓解率为65.2%,部分缓解率为30.6%,不良反应轻微。结论奥施康定治疗中重度癌痛时,起效快,镇痛效果满意,毒副反应轻,服用安全。Objective To observe the analgesic effect and main side effects of oxycontin on moderate and severe cancer pain. Methods 72 patients were administered with Oxycontin. The dose was 10 mg/12 h at the beginning, and it was adjusted according to the extent of pain. The therapeutic effect, KPS and side effects were observed. Results The mean onset time of analgesic effect was 45min,and the mean duration of analgesic effect was 12.3h. RR was 95.8% ,CR was 65.2% ,PR was 30.6%. The adverse effect was slightly. Conclusion Oxycontin is safe and effecfive, and it has short response time and comparatively slight adverse effects in treatment of the moderate and severe cancer pain.
