摘  要:以菠萝为供体,黄瓜为受体,应用花粉管通道导入外源DNA技术,在黄瓜自花授粉后直接导入菠萝DNA,导入后代在产量、糖分含量等性状上产生了变异。结果表明:利用花粉管通道直接导入外源DNA是改良黄瓜品种的有效技术,这一技术将在作物品种改良及远缘杂交方面起着非常重要的作用。The pineapple was used as DNA donor and the cucumber as DNA acceptor . After the cucum- ber self - pollination, the pineapple DNA was directly introduced into the cucumber through the pollen tube pathway . The variation in the characters of offspring occurred in the yield , the content of sugar etc. The result of preliminary studies indicated that the method of directly introducing exogenous DNA into the cucumber through the pollen tube pathway is very valuable for improving cucumber characters,It is very important in improving the crop varieties and the distant hybridization.
