摘　　要：对野生珍珠花的染色体作了初步研究，发现其染色体正常数目２ｎ＝２６约占统计细胞总数的８０％．染色体数目发生改变的约占统计细胞数目的２０％，其中２ｎ＝２４占总数的８％．另外还发现染色体有环状结构变异，细胞有丝分裂异常及多核、微核现象．The chromosome configuration of wild plant Staphylea bumalda DC has been identified primarily. The phenomena of chromosomal aberration were observed in the progress of cell mitosis. The normal number of chromosome is 2 n =26. The abnormal number of chromosome varied from 13 to 24 and ratio of abnormal number was up to 20 %. Besides micronuclei, multinuclei has been observed in some cells resulted from chromatids not equally dividing into two groups. Several closed chromosomes were found either.
