大、小鼠鼻腔毒性病理检查标本制片方法的探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨大、小鼠鼻腔毒性病理检查标本制作方法。方法:通过对展片水温度、脱钙时间等关键环节的控制,对大、小鼠鼻腔毒性病理检查进行规范化制片。结果:制作出符合毒性病理学检查的4个切面包括:第一个面上切牙后部面(Posterior part of upper incisors),第二个面切牙乳头面(Incisive papilla),第三个面第二腭嵴面(Second palatine crest),第四个面第一磨牙面(Firstmolar teeth)。结论:运用本制片方法可以很好的制作出组织结构清晰,染色对比鲜明,符合镜检要求的切片。Objective ： To investigate the methods for preparing pathological slides from nasal cavity of mice and rats in toxicological examination. Methods： The preparation of nasal slices from rats and mice were standardized by means of controlling the key steps, including the water temperature for spreading tissues and the time of decalcification. Results： The pathological slides made by the improved techniques were consistent with the requirement of toxicological examination, which included four sections i. e. posterior part of upper incisors, incisive papilla, second palatine crest, and first molar teeth. Conclusion： The methods can improve the quality of preparing sides, which are consistent with the requirement of histopathological examination.
