摘　　要：利用UG强大的CAD/CAM功能对一套多型腔两密封件的镶块橡胶模具进行设计与制造,阐述了在设计过程中如何利用三维建模、装配功能来提高设计的效率及其准确性。使用UG的数控编程功能对整个制造过程进行仿真,并通过后置处理(UG POST)输出NC代码在数控机床上进行加工。Design and manufacture a set of insert rubber mold with multi-cavity which will pro- duces two seals by using the powerful CAD/CAM function of UG. Elaborating how to use the design features of three-dimensional modeling, virtual assembly to improve it＇ s efficiency and accuracy. Stimulating the entir manufacturing process by used the function of numerial control programming, and through post-processing （UG Post） transmit NC code to CNC mechine tools processing.
