科安乳膏抗癌作用机理的初步研究

摘　　要：为了寻求高效低毒副作用的抗癌药物,对传统中药的剂型加以改进,并且探寻其抗癌机理,以安庆消瘤散传统剂型为基础,运用透皮给药技术,发展成新的剂型——科安乳膏.体外实验结果显示纳米化的药物悬液可以有效地抑制肿瘤细胞生长,诱导凋亡;体内试验显示科安乳膏通过透皮给药可以达到适宜的血药浓度和组织分布,具有很好的阻止肿瘤内血管生成、抑制肿瘤生长的效果.结果表明科安乳膏是一种具有良好抗癌活性的透皮药物.To investigate the anticancer effect of Kean Cream, in which realgar nanoparticles are the main ingredient, a transdermal drug delivery system was applied to tumor tissues to increase its bioavailability and decrease its toxicity. The results show that Kean Cream could significantly suppress the proliferation and induce apoptosis of B16 melanoma cells, both in a dose-dependent manner, and tests in vivo show that Kean Cream can decrease tumor volume markedly compared to the control. Furthermore, HE stain revealed that Kean Cream can inhibit angiogenesis. Meanwhile, Kean at this concentration has little side-effect on mice. These results suggest that Kean Cream is a potential efficient transdermal anticancer agent.
