结果C组抵抗素和Hs—CRP高于A和C组(P〈0.01),而A、B组之间差异也有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。 Objective To survey the serum levels of resistin and high sensitivity C - reactive protein (Hs- CRP) in transient ischemic attack patients, and to assess the correlation between resistin, Hs- CRP and cerebral infarction. Methods One hundred and twenty TIA patients were divided into three groups, TIA could be relieved in 60 minutes (group A), TIA could be relieved completely more than 60 minutes (group B) and TIA deteriorated into cerebral infarction (group C ). 60 healthy human were as control group. Resistin and Hs -CRP were measured within 24 hours. Head CT and MRI were carried out within 72 hours, then we did the relative analysis research. Results The serum resistin and Hs - CRP levels of C group was higher than group A and B( P 〈0.01 ), and the levels was different obviously between group A and B (P 〈 0.05 ). The correlative analysis of all groups demonstrated that serum resistin and Hs - CRP had obvious positive relationship( r =0.63, P 〈0. 01 ). Conclusions The rise of resistin and Hs - CRP have something with the damage of brain. The rise of Hs - CRP is instructive significance in treating and estimating prognosis.
