摘　　要：对国内985大学、有研究生院的大学、211大学及一般性大学国际化的组织结构形式的问卷调查数据显示,国内各大学国际化的组织机构形式存在一定的差异性。通过对样本数据的描述性统计分析以及对大学国际化机构设置的决定因素进行回归分析,展开对保障大学国际化战略实施应采取的组织结构形式的实证研究。A survey on forms of organizational structure in the process of universities’ internationalization among 985 universities, universities with graduate school, 211 universities and ordinary universities in China shows that there are great differences in the forms of organizational structure in these universities’ internationalization. By descriptive statistical data analysis and the regression analysis of the decisive factors in the setting up of university internationalization institutions, we examined the organizational structure and strategies for universities’ internationalization.
