泮托拉唑钠在木糖醇注射液中的稳定性考察

摘　　要：目的:考察注射用泮托拉唑钠与木糖醇注射液配伍稳定性。方法:用HPLC法考察配伍前后泮托拉唑钠的含量变化,并观察配伍液的外观及pH变化。结果:注射用泮托拉唑钠与木糖醇注射液配伍后4h内含量、pH及溶液外观均无明显变化。结论:注射用泮托钠与木糖醇注射液配伍后在4h内稳定。Objective： To investigate the compatible stability of pantoprazole sodium in xylitol injection. Method： The variance of pantoprazole sodium content in xylitol injection was determined by HPLC within 4 hours. Meanwhile, the color and pH value change of compatible solution was noticed. Result： The color,the pH value and content of pantoprazole sodium in Xylitol. salution within 4 hours were not found obvibus variations. Conclusion： Pantoprazole sodium can be used in xylitol solution for 4 hours.
