北京天坛医院2005～2007年颅内良性肿瘤住院患者用药情况分析

摘　　要：目的:研究北京天坛医院2005～2007年颅内良性肿瘤住院患者的用药情况。方法:利用药历管理软件,对该院2003～2007年颅内良性肿瘤住院患者使用药品的数量与金额进行统计,计算用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)和B/A。结果:颅内良性肿瘤住院患者的治疗过程中,使用多类药品,符合治疗原则。结论:北京天坛医院在颅内良性肿瘤的治疗中,用药基本合理。Objective： To evaluate the drug using for inpatients with intracranial benign tumor in Beijing Tiantan Hospital. Method： Amount and sum of drugs were summarized and analyzed. DDDs, DDC and B/A were calculated. Result： For the treatment on intracranial benign tumor, many kinds of drugs were used. Drug using was in line with the treatment principle. Conclusion： Drug using for the treatment on patients with intracranial benign tumor was reasonable in Beijing Tiantan Hospital.
