摘  要:用硫酸钛水热法制备了纳米TiO2光催化剂,研究了纳米TiO2的形态结构特征及其光催化性能,并探讨了甲醛溶液的初始pH值和初始浓度、TiO2用量、降解温度和时间对光催化降解反应的影响。结果表明,制备的锐钛矿TiO2产物平整而密实,它由八面体结构的TiO2纳米晶大面积自组装而成。在35℃降解温度下采用254nm紫外光源照射1h后,锐钛矿TiO2对甲醛的降解率达到51.10%,2h后达68.42%。TiO2 nanocrystalline photocatalyst was prepared by hydrothermal method with titanium sulfate as raw material. The microstructure, morphology and photocatalytic activities of as-prepared anatase TiO2 were studied. And the effects of initial pH value and concentration of formaldehyde solution, TiO2-used amount, degradation temperature and time on the photodegradation of anatase TiO2 were also discussed. The results show that anatase TiO2 product is flat and densely packed in large area. The product is made up of self-assembly octahedral TiO2 nanocrystals. The photodegradation rate of formaldehyde by anatase TiO2 is 51.10% or 68.42% when illuminated for 1 h or 2 h by UV source (2 = 254 nm) at 35 ℃
