恶性脑胶质瘤手术联合放疗和化疗的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨手术联合放疗和化疗对恶性脑胶质瘤患者的疗效。方法对32例恶性脑胶质瘤患者的资料进行回顾性分析。其中23例手术全部切除,9例大部分切除;间变性星形细胞瘤21例,胶质母细胞瘤11例;常规分割放疗剂量60Gy,放疗同时口服替莫唑胺;放疗后再继以替莫唑胺化疗。结果平均无进展生存时间为(57.33±3.36)周,平均总生存时间为(62.27±3.19)周;1、2年生存率为72.8%、42.9%。结论手术联合放疗和化疗的综合治疗对恶性脑胶质瘤有较好疗效,毒副反应可以耐受,值得临床推广。Objetive To explore the effects of Operations plus chemotherapy and radiotherapy in the patients with malignant gliomas. Methods A retrospective study was made on 32 malignant glioma patients. 23 cases underwent grossly total resection,9 patients subtotal resection, 21 cases were inastrocytoma grade Ⅲ, 11 cases in grade Ⅳ. The irradiation was 60 Gy. All patient received chemotherapy with temozolomidea. Results Median time to progression was （57.33 ± 3.36 ） weeks and Median overall survival time was （62.27 ± 3.19 ） weeks. The 1-,2-year cumulative survival rates were 72.8% , 45.9%. Conclusion The combination of chemotherapy and radiotherapy is effective and well-tolerated in the treatment of malignant gliomas.
