摘　　要：目的探讨Mammotome乳腺旋切系统在乳腺疾病诊断和治疗中的应用价值。方法2004年2月至2008年2月应用Mammotome对262例乳腺良、恶性肿瘤进行切除和活检,并对其结果进行评价。结果病理诊断乳腺纤维腺瘤192例,乳腺癌42例,乳腺囊性增生病26例,重度不典型增生2例。3例术中皮肤破损,5例出现较大血肿,1例术后2 d切口及针道发红经抗感染治疗后消退,5例皮下轻度青紫,4例肿瘤残留。结论 Mammotome乳腺旋切系统具有手术微创、定性准确、切口隐蔽、不需缝合、康复快等优点,在乳腺疾病诊断和治疗中具有很高的应用价值。Objective To evaluate the role of Mammotome device in diagnosis and treatment of breast disease. Methods 262 cases accepted biopsy in Mammotome vacuum-assisted breast system from Feb. 2004 to Feb. 2008, and the results were analyzed. Results According to pathological diagnosis, 192 cases were breast fibroadenoma, 42 cases were breast cancer, 26 cases were breast cystic hyperplasia,2 cases were severe atypical hyperplasia. In biopsy procedure, the skin was damaged in 2 eases. After the operation, the hematoma occurred in 3 cases, the pin-tract infection occurred in 1 ease, the subcutaneous mild blood clot occurred in 5 cases. Conclusion The Mammotome device has the advantage in minimal invasiveness, exact position, covert incision, no suture and short rehabilitation period, and it has an advantage in diagnosis and treatment of breast disease.
