摘  要:目的:探讨核因子-κB(nuclear fac-tor-κappa B,NF-κB)和血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growthfactor,VEGF)在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:选取102例乳腺癌组织,各对应的癌旁组织为对照组,并选取30例良性乳腺组织为正常对照组。采用免疫组织化学法(SABC)检测各样本的NF-κB和VEGF,并对相关的临床病理资料进行统计分析。结果:乳腺癌组织NF-κB阳性率(67.65%)明显高于癌旁组织(16.67%)和乳腺良性病变(13.33%),P=0.000。乳腺癌组织VEGF阳性率(76.47%)明显高于癌旁组织(14.71%)和乳腺良性病变(16.67%),P=0.000。NF-κB及VEGF在TNM分期(Ⅲ+Ⅳ期)、有淋巴结转移组阳性表达明显高于TNM(Ⅰ+Ⅱ期)、无淋巴结转移组,P均<0.05。乳腺癌中NF-κB与VEGF表达显著正相关,r=0.456,P=0.000。结论:NF-κB和VEGF在乳腺癌中呈现高表达,且两者存在明显相关,NF-κB可能通过上调VEGF的表达促进乳腺癌的发生发展。OBJECTIVE:To explore the expressions and clinical significance of nuclear factor-κappa B (NF κB) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in breast cancer tissues. METHODS: A total of 102 cases of breast cancer were selected as a study group,and the relative noncarcinoma tissues were selected as a control group, and 30 cases of normal breast tissues were selected as a normal control group. Immunohistochemical method (SABC) was used to test the NF-κB and VEGF protein, The clinical pathology data was statistically analyzed. RESULTS: The positive expressions of NF-κB in normal breast tissues were 13. 33% and 16.67% in control group, Which was higher (67. 65%) in the study group (P=0. 000). The positive expressions rates of VEGF in normal breast tissues were 16.67% and 14.71%, wihch was higher (76.47%) in the study group (P=0.000). The expression of NF- κB and VEGF in breast cancer with TNM stage (Ⅲ +Ⅳ ), lymph node metastasis were higher than those of TNM stage ( Ⅰ + Ⅱ ) or without lymph node metastasis (P〈0.05). In correlation analysis, there was a significant positive correlation between NF-κB and VEGF in breast cancer (r= 0. 456, P = 0. 000). CONCLUSIONS: NF-κB and VEGF both significantly express in breast cancer and there is a positive correlation between them. The mechanism may be that the activation of NF -κB regulates up VEGF, which results in promoting the development of breast cancer.
