摘　　要：内部评价是供电服务质量综合评价体系中的重要组成部分,以供电服务项目为基础,构建了一套涵盖电力客户服务各业务流程的服务质量内部评价指标体系。另外,为解决专家对指标赋权的不确定性,基于层次分析法和三角模糊数原理,利用改进的模糊层次分析法建立了指标权重的确定模型;最后对内部评价做了算例分析,验证了评价方法的有效性。Internal evaluation is an important part of power supply services quality evaluation system. In this paper, an index system of services quality internal evaluation which covers all kinds of the electricity services business process is designed. Also, in order to solve the uncertainty of empowering the indexes, a model of how to weigh the indexes based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Triangular Fuzzy Number Principle is established with the FAHP model. Finally, an example analysis is done to prove the effectiveness of the method.
