摘　　要：本文全面论述了我国海水和苦卤提钾的研究与开发，指出了存在的主要问题，根据我国的实际情况，提出了我国海水和苦卤提钾的研究与开发意见，有利于海水和苦卤化学资源综合利用的发展。The research and development of the extraction of potassium from the seawater and bittern in china and the existing main problems are descussed all-sidedly in the paper. According to the actual situation of china, the opinions of the research and devdlopment of extraction of potassium from seawater and bittern are suggested, and the direction of the research and development is indicated. 1t is favourable to the comprehensive utillization of the chemical resources of seawater and bittern.
