上虞市农村外来流动儿童预防接种影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的:了解上虞市现阶段流动儿童家长/监护人预防接种率水平及其影响因素。方法:采用统一问卷对1000名流动儿童家长/监护人进行调查。结果:回收有效问卷998份,88.8%的人知道预防接种,90.8%的人表示愿意了解预防接种知识,获得知识的渠道主要为电视宣传和老乡介绍以及村干部通知等方面。多元logistic回归分析结果显示,流动儿童年龄、当地居住时间、户籍类型、家庭孩子总数、靠收入生活人口、知道接种时间地点、接到预防接种通知、接种服务周期等因素影响预防接种证建证率;儿童年龄、母亲日平均工作时间、年人均家庭收入、知道预防接种、接到预防接种通知等因素影响预防接种率。结论:针对流动儿童家长/监护人特点积极探索和改进现行的策略和管理对策,提高建证率和预防接种率。Objective To explore the awareness rate of immunization knowledge of parents or guardians of floating children and its affecting factors at present. Method1,000 parents or guardians of floating children were investigated by specific questionnaire. Results 88.8 percent of 998 eligible responses know vaccination and 90. 8% of eligible ones are willing to learn vaccination knowledge. They acquire the knowledge by means of TV broadcast,peer education and notice from managers of villages. The Logistic Regression results show the immunization registration rate is influenced by age of children,time of local residence,type of residence registration,number of children in a family, number of family members without income, awareness of the time and venue of vaccination, receipt of vaccination activity and the recurrence of vaccination service. And the coverage rate of vaccination is affected by age of children, average work time per day of mothers, annual income per capita of families, awareness of the time and venue of vaccination, and receipt of vaccination activity. Conclusionlt is recommended to develop and promote strategies and measures to improve the immunization registration rate and immunization coverage rate based on the needs of parents or guardians of floating children.
