摘　　要：目的研究用非手术多学科综合手段治疗中晚期肺癌,探讨如何有机地将这些治疗手段结合起来,延长病人生存期。方法将接受VCMB方案化疗并同时行放疗、中医中药、生物治疗的中晚期肺癌患者共42例纳入治疗组,将接受放疗+化疗或单纯行放疗或化疗而未行中医中药、生物治疗的中晚期肺癌患者共33例纳入对照组。随访5个月～6年。观察毒性反应、首次治疗缓解程度、年生存率,并进行2组之间的比较,分析可能影响疗效的诸因素,行生存分析+多元Cox回归。结果首次治疗后2组缓解程度比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.242,P=0.007);各年生存率2组比较差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);治疗组和对照组中位生存时间分别为20.52个月和11.64个月。肿瘤部位、缓解情况、卡氏评分、治疗方法为影响生存时间的主要因素。结论多学科综合治疗方案治疗中晚期肺癌,对延长病人生存期和提高生存质量有初步成效。Objective To study the curative effect on advanced lung cancer with combined non-operative multi-section treatments, and investigate how to combine those methods effectively to prolong the life span of patients. Methods Forty-two cases received VCMB chemotherapy, radiotherapy, Chinese medicine and biotherapy at same time were recruited as treatment group. Thirty-three cases received only radiotherapy or chemotherapy or both were collected as control group. The time of follow-up ranged from 5 months to 6 years. The toxic effect, relief degree after initial therapy and survival rate every year were investigated and compared between treatment group and control group. The factors of influencing survival time were analyzed with survival analysis and Cox multivariate regression analysis. Results The relief degree after initial therapy, survival rates every year were significantly different in two groups （ all P 〈 0. 05 ）. Median survival time were 20. 52 months in treatment group and 11.64 months in control group. The region of carcinoma, relief degree, K＇s score and treatment methods were predominant factors of influen - eing survival time. Conclusions The therapeutic methods to middle and late stage lung cancer with combined multi-section treatments have presented initial effect in prolonging the life span and elevating living quality.
