摘　　要：明确了高校本科教学质量状态数据公示制度的含义和特点,提出了高校本科教学质量状态数据公示制度的四方面作用,并有侧重地阐述了如何建立本科教学质量状态数据的信息采集渠道、整理和筛选数据信息以及建立信息反馈机制。最后提出了实施本科教学质量状态数据公示制度的主要工作方式和措施。The article defines the significance and characteristic of public notice system of college and university undergraduate teaching quality, and presents its functions in four aspects. And then it focuses on how to establish collection channels of undergraduate teaching quality data, and scan information and construct a feedback mechanism. Finally, the implementation of the state of undergraduate teaching quality public data system working methods and measures are proposed.
