A群链球菌制剂和平阳霉素注射治疗颌面部血管瘤和脉管畸形的比较

摘　　要：目的观察并比较A群链球菌制剂和平阳霉素注射治疗颌面部血管瘤、静脉畸形和淋巴管畸形的治疗效果。方法选取门诊及住院颌面部脉管瘤109例,分别采用A族链球菌制剂和平阳霉素注射治疗,对所有病例进行随访,并记录其疗效及毒副作用。结果血管瘤31例,A群链球菌制剂组10例,治愈5例(50.0%);平阳霉素组21例,治愈11例(52.4%)。静脉畸形40例,A族链球菌制剂治疗组19例,治愈13例(68.4%);平阳霉素组21例,治愈14例(66.7%)。淋巴管畸形38例,A族链球菌制剂治疗21例,治愈13例(61.9%);平阳霉素治疗17例,治愈4例(23.5%)。结论A族链球菌制剂注射治疗淋巴管畸形效果明显,A族链球菌制剂和平阳霉素注射治疗血管瘤和静脉畸形均有效。Objective To evaluate and compare the efficacy of Streptococcus A group preparation for injection and pingyangmycin in treatment of maxillofacial hemangiomas, venous malformation and lymphatic malformation. Methods 109 patients with maxillofacial vascular tumors were divided into two groups, one group was given Streptococcus A group preparation for injection, and the other group was given pingyangmycin. The therapeutic efficacy was recorded and the patients were followed up for one to five years. Results In 31 hemangioma patients, the effective rate of Streptococcus A group preparation for injection was 50.0% , the effective rate of pingyangmycin was 52.4%. In 40 venous malformation patients, the effective rate of Streptococcus A group preparation for injection was 68.4% , and the effective rate of pingyangmycin was 66. 7%. In 38 lymphatic malformation cases, the effective rate of Streptococcus A group preparation for injection was 61.9% which was obviously higher than the effective rate of pingyangmycin 23.5%. Conclusion The efficacy of Streptococcus A group preparation for injection in treatment of lym- phatic malformation is better than pingyangmycin. Treatment with either Streptococcus A group preparation for injection or pingyangmycin in hemangiomas and venous malformation is effective.
