摘　　要：目的分析和总结肾上腺髓质脂肪瘤的临床特征、诊断和治疗原则。方法选择自1996年3月至2007年8月收治的肾上腺髓质脂肪瘤共12例,对其临床特征,诊断和治疗经过以及预后进行了分析总结。结果8例患者由体检筛查发现,所有患者术前影像学检查均明确诊断,10例手术患者均痊愈,2例瘤体较小、未手术患者随访肿瘤无明显进展。结论体检及影像学检查是肾上腺髓质脂肪瘤发现和诊断的重要方法,外科手术特别是腹腔镜手术能治愈该病,对体积较小的患者可观察随访。Objective To analyze the clinical characters, principles and results of diagnosis and treatment of the adrenal myelolipoma. Methods From March 1996 to Aug 2008, 12 patients with adrenal myelolipoma were enrolled, their clinical characters, methods and results of diagnosis and treatment were analyzed. Results Eight patients were discovered screening during physical examination , and diagnosis was comfirmed by B-ultrasound,CT and/or MRI. Ten patients received operation and were cured, no recurrence occurred. Conclusion Adrenal myelolipoma can be diagnosed by physical examiniation and iconographic examination and treated with surgery especially laparoscopic operation. For small-volume tumor, watching and waiting can be used.
