摘 要:目的探讨人脑胶质瘤的细胞增殖指数(PI)和微血管数(MVQ)与肿瘤病理分级的关系。方法采用免疫组化方法检测50例人脑胶质瘤的增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)及CD34的表达,计算PI和MVQ,比较PI和MVQ与脑胶质瘤病理学分级之间的关系。结果随着脑胶质瘤病理级别的升高,PI及M-vQ随之升高。Ⅰ-Ⅳ级病理分组中,除Ⅰ级与Ⅱ级间比较无差异,其余各级间比较PI和MVQ均有显著差异,且PI与MVQ呈正相关(r=O.855,P〈0.05)。结论人脑胶质瘤的细胞增殖指数和微血管数可以作为判定脑胶质细胞瘤病理级别及预后的有价值参考指标。Objective To study the relation between cell proliferation and microvessel quantity and pathologic grade in human glioma. Methods The expression of PCNA and CD34 was detected in 50 glioma patients using immunohistochemical technology, and the proliferative index (PI) and microvessel quantity (MVQ) measured. The relation of PI and MVQ with pathologic grade of glioma was analyzed. Results The higher the pathologic grading, the higher the PI and MVQ. Except for the difference between grade :[ and grade ]I , the PI and MVQ in each pathologic grade group were signiilcanly different, and PI and MVQ were positively related ( r = O. 855, P 〈 O. 05). Conclusion PI and MVQ in glioma can be regarded as valuable markers to judge the pathologic grade and prognosis.
