摘　　要：膜联蛋白A2(annexin A2,ANXA2)是膜联蛋白家族一个非常重要的成员,参与一系列重要的生命活动。大量研究显示ANXA2异常表达与肿瘤细胞的浸润、转移及新血管生成过程密切相关;其亦可以和一些在肿瘤细胞浸润转移进程中担任重要角色的分子,如S100家族成员(S100A10、S100A4)、纤溶酶原(PLG)、组织型纤溶酶原激活物(t-PA)、腱生蛋白C(TN-C)、组织蛋白酶B(cathepsin B)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、活化的白细胞黏附分子(ALCAM)、肌成束蛋白(fascin)等相互作用促进肿瘤细胞浸润转移。本文对此作一综述。Annexin A2, an important member of annexins family, is involved in a variety of important physiological cellular processes. Recent studies have reported that changed expression of annexin A2 plays critical roles in tumor invasion, metastasis and angiogenesis. Annexin A2 can also enhance tumor invasion and metastasis by interacting with some molecules which have great impact on tumor invasion and metastasis, such as S100A10, S100A4, PLG, t-PA, TN-C, VEGF, ALCAM and Fascin. In this paper, the advances of research of relationship between annexin A2 and tumor invasion and metastasis were reviewed.
