摘 要:融合BPM和SOA的技术架构受到业界越来越多的关注,Web Services是实现架构的主要技术手段。当前对Web Serv-ices服务质量的研究主要集中在对非功能性的、通用的QoS属性和算法上,很少涉及领域相关的QoS属性和端到端的Web Service服务质量模型。提出了一个基于业务流程的端到端的Web ServicesQoS模型框架,包括业务流程子模型、QoS属性子模型、QoS度量指标子模型、端到端的QoS度量指标子模型、端到端的QoS仿真计算子模型和端到端的多目标选择策略子模型等六部分。并介绍了实现模型的仿真平台的主要构成和基本功能。最后给出的一个具体示例表明,模型为企业组织的业务流程优化提供了决策支持。The architecture of the integration for BPM and SOA becomes more and more popular in industry and academy. Web Services is the main technology to implement this architecture. The study of Web Services QoS mostly focuses on modeling for the non - functional and common attributes. The end - to - end Web Services QoS models re- lated to the special business process and f domain - specific are few. This paper first proposes a consistent QoS com- puting model of Web Services based on special business process. It includes six sub - models, which are business - processing sub model , QoS Profiles sub model, QoS Metric Profiles sub model, End - to - End QoS Metric Profiles sub model, End - to - End QoS Simulation sub model and End - to - End multiple object decision - selecting sub model. Next the primary composition and function are briefly introduced. An example shows that the model provides a decision -support for the business process optimization of enterprise.
