彝药小儿腹痛草中氨基酸和无机元素分析

摘　　要：采用氨基酸分析仪和原子吸收光谱仪对小儿腹痛草中的氨基酸等营养成分进行分析。结果表明,小儿腹痛草含有多种营养成分,包括总量为3.82%的15种氨基酸以及含量较高的钾、钙、镁等14种无机元素。Amino acids and inorganic elements from Swertia patens were determined by amino acids analyzer and atomic absorption spectrometry. Result showed that 3.82% of amino acids including fifteen amino acids and fourteen inorganic elements were detected from Swertia patens. Potassium, calcium and magnesium were the most abundant dements.
