摘　　要：编辑与作者是相互依存、相互牵制、相互促进的,有效的沟通可形成良性循环。从组约稿信、退改信、日常联系信、答读者信等方面,探讨了如何提高编辑专用书信的写作能力,达到与作者的有效沟通,创造出精品期刊。The editors and the authors are dependent on each other, districted each other, and promoted each other, and the effective communication can form the virtuous cycle. From aspects of the letter for solicit contributions, the rotten rejections, the letters for correcting, the letters for daily communications, and the letters for answering readers, etc., this paper probes into how to strengthen the ability of the editors in writing the special letters for the effective communication with authors and for the creation of fine periodicals.
