摘　　要：科学发展观是图书馆事业发展的指导原则。坚持科学发展观要做到:坚持以人为本、读者第一、服务至上,满足读者对文献信息的需求,为学校的教学和科研提供切实有效的文献信息保障;坚持协调和可持续发展,充分发挥图书馆职能;共建资源共享信息平台;创建优雅的服务环境,体现人文关怀。The scientific concept of development is the guiding principle for the development of the library cause. To persist in the scientific concept of development must keep to the people-based concept and the principles of ＂readers first＂ and ＂service upmost＂, satisfy readers＇ demands, provide the literature information for university＇s teaching and scientific research, stick to the coordination and sustainable development, give full play to the functions of the library, co-construct the resources and share the information platform, and create comfortable reading environment to externalize the humanistic solicitude.
