摘　　要：当前,医院的细节文化建设存在一些问题,其中的原因是多方面的,包括:医院的制度建设未真正体现细节文化的内涵、医务人员的执业环境较为严苛、医疗机构公益性淡漠、医患角色和处境存有差异、医生的选拔、分流和培养制度不够科学等等。At present, there are some problems about the detailed culture of hospital. The reason are many-sides, including： the hospital institutional construction fail to refleet the true eonnotation of detailed culture, the stringent working environment of medical staff, lack of public interest in medical institutions,the different role and situation between doctors and patients, the defects of scientific about the doctors＇ selection, distribution and training, and so on.
