摘　　要：加强医院细节文化建设,应注意制度建设和创新,注重各项规章制度及行为规范的落实;对医务人员的细节文化培训,完善年轻医生规范化培训制度;改善医生执业环境,关注医生心理调控;完善医学人才选拔、淘汰和培养机制等。此外,还要注意对患者开展健康教育、医疗卫生政策与法律教育。In order to strengthen the construction of hospital＇ s detailed culture, the paper puts forward some countermeasures. The institutional construction and innovation should he paid attention to. The rules and regulations should be truly implemented. Furthermore, we should improve young doctors＇ training system and develop the training of detailed cuhure for doctors. We should improve doctors＇ working environment and concern about their psychological coordination. We should also improve medical personnel selection mechanism, training and elimination mechanism. In addition, health education, health care policy and legal education for patients should also be paid attention to.
