摘　　要：目的:研究桑白皮总黄酮对豚鼠离体气管平滑肌收缩功能的影响。方法:以离体豚鼠气管片为实验对象,观察桑白皮总黄酮对不同致痉剂量效曲线的影响。结果:桑白皮总黄酮使组胺、乙酰胆碱、氯化钙的量效曲线非平行右移,最大效应降低,并能抑制外钙内流引起的平滑肌收缩。结论:桑白皮总黄酮非竞争性抑制致痉剂引起的豚鼠离体气管平滑肌收缩。Objective： To investigate the effects of flavonoid of Cortex Mori （FCM） on the contraction of isolated guinea-pig tracheal smooth muscle in vitro. Methods： Guinea-pig tracheal smooth muscle was isolated and its contraction was induced by acetylcholine（Ach）, histamine（His） and CaCl2. The antagonistic effects of FCM were studied. Results： FCM could shift the concentration-response curves of histamine. Acetylcholine and CaCl2 to the rightward and the maximal effects were decreased. In addition, FCM could affect the contraction of calcium transporting into cell. Conclusion： FCM could inhibit the contraction of isolated guinea-pig tracheal smooth muscle induced by Ach, His and CaCl2.
