摘 要:目的:研究桑白皮总黄酮对豚鼠离体气管平滑肌收缩功能的影响。方法:以离体豚鼠气管片为实验对象,观察桑白皮总黄酮对不同致痉剂量效曲线的影响。结果:桑白皮总黄酮使组胺、乙酰胆碱、氯化钙的量效曲线非平行右移,最大效应降低,并能抑制外钙内流引起的平滑肌收缩。结论:桑白皮总黄酮非竞争性抑制致痉剂引起的豚鼠离体气管平滑肌收缩。Objective: To investigate the effects of flavonoid of Cortex Mori (FCM) on the contraction of isolated guinea-pig tracheal smooth muscle in vitro. Methods: Guinea-pig tracheal smooth muscle was isolated and its contraction was induced by acetylcholine(Ach), histamine(His) and CaCl2. The antagonistic effects of FCM were studied. Results: FCM could shift the concentration-response curves of histamine. Acetylcholine and CaCl2 to the rightward and the maximal effects were decreased. In addition, FCM could affect the contraction of calcium transporting into cell. Conclusion: FCM could inhibit the contraction of isolated guinea-pig tracheal smooth muscle induced by Ach, His and CaCl2.
