消化性溃疡患者Ghrelin和生长抑素水平的研究及相关性分析

摘　　要：目的该项研究旨在通过测定消化性溃疡、慢性胃炎患者及正常对照组血清/血浆中Ghrelin和生长抑素(SST)在未接受抑酸药物治疗前的含量,探讨Ghrelin和SST在消化性溃疡患者循环血液中的表达情况以及两者之间的相关性。方法用酶联免疫方法及放射免疫方法分别检测26例GU患者、26例DU患者、22例慢性胃炎患者、15例正常对照血清/血浆中Ghrelin和SST的水平。结果①血清中Ghrelin的水平DU、GU组显著高于对照组(P<0.01～0.05),且DU组还高于慢性胃炎组(P=0.007),其他各组间无明显统计学意义。②血浆中SST水平GU、DU、慢性胃炎组高于对照组(P<0.01～0.05),且GU高于DU组(P=0.01)。③Ghrelin与SST之间的相关系数为GU:r=0.445(P=0.023),DU:r=0.462(P=0.017),正常对照组:r=0.725(P=0.002)。结论消化性溃疡患者血清中Ghrelin及SST的水平是显著增高的,可能与溃疡的发病存在一定的关系。Ghrelin及SST在消化性溃疡、正常对照组中具有相关性。Objective To study serum Ghrelin and plasma somatostatin before the treatment with acid suppression medication and to study their synthesis and secretion in peptic ulcer as well as the correlation between the two. Methods To dectet the serum Ghrelin and plasma somatostatin levels in 26 cases of gastric ulcer,26 cases of duodenum ulcer,22 cases of chronic gastritis, 15 cases of healthy volunteer blood donation by ELISA method and radio immunoassay method. Results （1）The serum Ghrelin level was gastric ulcer（GU）：（3.80 ± 1.38）ng/mL, duodenum ulcer（DU）： （4.14 ± 1.05 ）ng/mL, chronic gastritis（CG）： （3.28 ± 1.00）ng/mL,heahhy volunteer（N）： （2.98 ± 0.70）ng/mL. DU and GU is significantly higher than the N level（P 〈 0.01 -0.05 ）;DU is higher than the CG（P = 0.007 ）. （2）The plasma somatostatin level was GU： （48.19 ± 16.07）pg/mL,DU： （37.54 ± 17.34）pg/mL,CG： （42.04 ± 17.36）pg/mL,N： （26.74 ± 8.25） pg/mL. GU,DU,CG are significantly higher than the Nlevel （P 〈 0.01 -0.05 ）;GU is significantly higher than the DU （P = 0.01 ）. （3）The correlation coefficient between Ghrelin and somatostatin.GU：r=-0.445 （P = 0.023）,DU：r=0.462（P = 0.017）,CG：r=-0.061 （P = 0.788） N：r=-0.725 （P=-0.002）. Conclusion The serum Ghrelin and plasma somatostatin levels in peptic ulcer are significantly higher,which is related to peptic ulcer development,and there is some correlation between the two in PU and N.
