自拟脂肝康胶囊对NAFLD危险因素影响的干预性研究

摘　　要：目的观察自拟脂肝康胶囊对NAFLD危险因素的影响,旨在从干预危险因素方面为防治NAFLD发生、发展提供理论依据和实践论证。方法将72例无明显症状的NAFLD患者随机分为两组,均给予行为干预。治疗组在行为干预基础上加用自拟脂肝康胶囊,观察和比较两组内及组间在干预前后NAFLD危险因素相关指标的状况。结果(1)治疗组和对照组干预前相关指标比较无明显差异;(2)对照组干预后体重、BMI、腰围、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、FINS、HOMA-IR、SBP、DBP与干预前比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),干预前后臀围、WHR、FBG比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);(3)治疗组干预后相关指标与干预前比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);(4)干预后两组相关指标比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论自拟脂肝康胶囊对NAFLD患者的危险因素有改善作用。Objective To observe the impact of capsule over dangerous factor of NAFLD, and provide the theory basis and practice demon- stration to prevention and cure NAFLD from interfering with dangerous factor aspect. Methods 72 NAFLD patients had no symptoms were randomly divided into two groups.Two groups were given the behavior intervention. The NAFLD hazard factor index of correlation condition before and after the intervention in two groups were observed and compared. Results （ 1 ） The NAFLD hazard factor index showed no significant difference in the treatment group and the control group before the intervention ; （2） There were significant differences between ante-intervention and post-intervention in the control group after the intervention on body weight, BMI, waist circumference,TC,TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, FINS, HOMA-IR, SBP and DBP（P 〈 0.05 ） ; there was no significant difference between ante-intervention and post-intervention in the control group on hip, WHR and FBG（P 〉 0.05 ）; （3） There were significant differences between ante-intervention and post-intervention in the treatment group on the NAFLD hazard factor index（P〈 0.05 ）; （4） There were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group after the intervention on the NAFLD hazard factor index（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Self-made Zhigankang Capsule can improve the risk factors of non-alcoholic simple fatty liver.
