摘　　要：膜分离作为一种新型的分离技术，由于兼有分离、浓缩、纯化和精制的功能，又有高效、节能、环保、分子级过滤及过滤过程简单、易于控制等特征，目前已广泛应用于水处理、食品、医药、生物、环保、化工等多个领域，具有巨大的经济效益和社会效益。随着经济的发展、科学发展观的落实、循环经济模式的推广，膜技术在国民经济的多个部门包括食品工业，有着不可估量的发展潜力。对此，记者近期采访了中国膜工业协会秘书长刘宪秋先生。Membranes, widely used in various industries, also has immense potential in food industry with the economy developing. Lately, the journalist of China Food Industry has been talking with the General Secretary of Membrane Industry Association of China, Mr LIU Xianqiu. In recent years, China membranes industry is breaking the monopoly of multinationals in China market. How do the China's membrane enterprises achieve it? Indeed, in 2005, 97% of RO membrane market in China was dominated by foreign brands, while domestic brands merely held 3% market share. But in 2008, we enlarged the market share to 10%. Considering the rivals are experienced and influential multinationals, it is a great progress to win 7% market share during three years. Actually we make the achievement by technology innovation. Through continuously making breakthroughs in techniques, some domestic products have reached advanced international standards. Additionally, China's membrane products have obvious advantages in cost, price, service and many other respects. What should China membrane industry improve? Compared to the foreign competitors, China's membrane manufacturers are still inferior in the aspects of product diversification and the industry lacks large sized enterprises. And certain unqualified producers damage the reputation of the entire industry. In addition, the membrane is mainly applied in water treatment in China and has not been widely used in food, pharmaceutical, chemical and other industrial sectors because of technique barrier and confidentiality. At present, what impact of global economy downturn is brought on China membrane industry? The adverse influence of financial crisis is undeniable. Some large projects are postponed or stopped that certainly impacts on the ancillary facilities, including membrane products. Particular in the last quarter of 2008, the impact was serious. Fortunately, small projects are not impacted greatly by the downturn which makes up the loss caused by large projects. In the first quarter of 2009, th
