摘　　要：近年来恶性肿瘤伴发下肢深静脉血栓形成在我国呈逐渐上升趋势,恶性肿瘤及其术后引发下肢深静脉血栓形成病因是多因素的,对其早期诊断和及时处理是改善预后的关键,并要强调预防的重要性。本文通过对恶性肿瘤伴发下肢深静脉血栓的形成机制、发病原因、诊断及其防治措施作了系统的阐述,为今后更好的预治深静脉血栓形成与发展提供了依据。In recent years, the malignant tumors complicated by deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs, which is gradually increased in our country. The causes of LDVT are various. The early diagnosis and therapy in time is the key to improve prognosis. The importance of prevention of LDVT after operation for cancer should always be emphasized. This article described the pathogenesis, cause, diagnosis, prevention and cure, provide basis for the future governance of the pre-treat vein thrombosis and development.
