摘　　要：简述骨与软组织恶性肿瘤综合治疗的临床应用进展,对骨与软组织恶性肿瘤的新辅助化疗、血管内介入治疗、物理治疗、放射治疗、免疫治疗、基因治疗及骨肿瘤靶向治疗系统相关进展作了综述,介绍了各种治疗方法的临床应用价值,强调大部分恶性骨与软组织肿瘤经过保肢术前综合治疗可取得明显的临床效果,有利于手术保肢。Description of the advances in combined therapy of bone and soft tissue sarcoma. This paper reviewed the advances in neoadjuvant chemotherapy, physical therapy, immunotherapy, gene therapy,endovascular interventional therapy, radiotherapy and targeted drug delivery system of bone and soft tissue sarcoma. Introduction the value of clinical applications about various kinds of treatments. It is emphasized that the most patients with bone and soft tissue sarcoma would obtained significant clinical effect by pre-operative comprehensive treatment which help to limb salvage surgery.
