摘 要:介绍了永磁齿轮的计算方法和有限元分析,简要阐述了永磁齿轮的原理和结构,建立了用于有限元分析的物理模型和数学模型。通过对永磁齿轮的有限元分析来模拟了永磁齿轮传动中的磁场分布,并通过计算数据与有限元分析软件的结果相比较.证明了所做的有限元分析的正确性。This paper presents calculation and finite element analysis of a high-performance permanent magnetic gear. Magnetic gears can offer significant potential advantages compared with mechanical gears,such as reduced maintenance and improved reliability,inherent overload protection,and physical isolation between the input and output shafts.Based on the practical application,this paper mainly describes the theory and structure of the magnetic gears.And in this paper,we set up the physical and mathematic model for finite element analysis of the magnetic gear.After the finite element analysis of the magnetic gear,we simulate the distribution of the magnetic field. By comparing the calculation data with the data of finite element analysis software ,we conclude that the finite element analysis of the magntic gear is corect.
