从提高适应能力到大学生涯规划——浅谈大学新生教育

摘　　要：大学新生初入校园,既有梦想成真的喜悦,又有对环境的不适应和对未来的困惑。如果没有合理的教育和正向的调适,很容易让大学新生产生焦虑情绪,甚至于产生心理问题。因此对新生进行适应性教育,帮助新生熟悉大学校园生活、积极融入环境是高等教育不可或缺的重要环节。让大学新生主动的规划人生目标,为个人发展和就业做好准备,成为符合社会发展需要的复合型人才,这是大学生涯规划教育必须实施的长期目标。大学新生教育,提高适应力是根本,大学生涯规划教育是关键。When a freshman goes to his college at first time, he has both the joy of the dream coming true, and confuse of environment and uncertain future. If he has not given the proper education and positive adjustments, negative emotional reactions would be extended, and psychology problem may be brought. For this reasons, it is necessary to give adaptability education to freshmen. It will help them to know the college environment well, and be enrolled positively. Let the college students be prepared for the individual development and career initiatively, and have a schedule for their college life, turn to be compound talents for the society, that＇s the reason for the necessary of career counseling. For college freshman＇s education, the basement is adaptability education, the key is career counseling.
