摘　　要：坚持文化素质教育,改革本科人才培养方案,符合高等教育发展规律,符合我国高等教育实践发展要求,符合社会主义先进文化发展的客观要求。在实践中,要以"四为"为指导思想,构建起"一二三四"课程体系;以提高学生素质为中心,构建起"三个系列、二个层面、一个特色"的文化素质教育课程体系;通过文化素质教育进课堂、进社团、进社会,在更高的层面上实现文化素质教育与思想政治教育相结合、专业教育与素质教育相结合、校园文化与社会实践相结合。Upholding the education of cultural quality and reforming the undergraduate training programs are in line with the development of higher education,with the requirements of the development of China＇s higher education practice, with the development of advanced socialist culture requirements;Using ＂four-cultivations＂ as the guiding ideology,setting up ＂1234＂ curriculum system,improving the quality of students as the center, building a ＂three series, two level, a feature＂ system as the culture of quality education system; putting the education of cultural quality into the classroom, community, society,joining the education of cultural quality and the education of ideological and political, professional education and quality education, campus culture and social practice together at a higher level,are very important.
