摘  要:目的研究Mini Uni-Twin系统在正畸排齐阶段的应用。方法选择牙弓对称的恒牙初期减数4颗第一前磨牙的患者10名。随机选择左右一侧上下牙列为试验侧,粘结3MMini Uni-Twin矫治器,另一侧为对照侧,粘结3M Gemini MBT矫治器,使用镍钛圆丝排齐牙列,比较两侧上颌尖牙远移的距离。结果两侧上颌尖牙远移距离有显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论Mini Uni-Twin托槽特殊的设计使尖牙远移速度更快,为后续治疗打下良好的基础,对整个疗程的缩短具有一定的意义。Objective To study the application of Mini Uni-Twin system during orthodontics alinement. Method Ten patients with symmetry arches who needed to be treated with 4 first premolars extracted were selected from our hospital. They had primary permanent teeth. We chose one side as the experiment side using 3M Mini Uni-Twin brackets, the other as control side using 3M Gemini MBT brackets. Then we alined the teeth by NiTi wire. The distal moving distance of the upper canines was compared. Results Significant difference differences were found between the distal moving distances of upper canines( P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusion The special design of Mini Uni-Twin bracket makes the canine move faster. It lays a good foundation for the next part of the treatment and helps to shorten the course of treatment.
